Asset Financing is the provision of credit facilities to fund the acquisition of business assets. The customer enjoys the use of the asset in return of agreed repayments. The asset however, remains property of the Bank until the facility is fully repaid and all facility conditions met by the client. Asset financing can be medium term, long term or short term.
