Term loan

Is a loan granted for a fixed period normally three to seven years and has a predetermined repayment pattern which is matched to the customer’s business/ cash flows.  Minimum amount is K20 million and Maximum amount is limited only by applicants needs and ability to pay. The product targets corporate clients whose past profitability records and future profit projections indicate the ability to repay out of cash flows.

  • Interest is generally payable in arrears by debiting  borrowers current account
  • Capital should be repaid monthly, quarterly, semi annually or annual installments
  • Moratorium in capital repayments is considered
  • Full repayment or temporary early repayment is subject to negotiating with the bank
