CDH Investment Bank, a subsidiary of Continental Holdings Limited, has lauded the country’s media institutions, saying the communications industry has a major role to play if the economic growth and investment culture is to be achieved in the country.

This was said on Tuesday 27th September 2022 at Ryalls Hotel in Blantyre during media engagement luncheon the Bank organized. This was part of the fast growing financial services group’s on-going 10th year anniversary celebration activities by the bank as it is engaging various stakeholders in a number of activities — under the theme: ’10 Years of Creating Value’.

CDH Investment Bank participated in the 2022 Kamuzu University of Health Sciences (KUHeS) sports festival on Saturday 5th November 2022 at KUHes Sports Complex.

The annual sports day was held to allow members of the sports complex to interact and network through a variety of sporting activities. CDH Investment Bank is a member of the sports complex where staff remember are encouraged to register to access a variety of sporting activities to help staff to keep fit and support healthy lifestyles.

The Bankers Association of Malawi (BAM) has hailed CDH Investment Bank (CDHIB) for proving itself to be a bank with a difference in the manner it has conducted itself over the past 10 years.

BAM Chief Executive Officer Mrs Lyness Nkungula was speaking on Saturday 8th October 2022 at Bingu International Conference Centre in Lilongwe during celebrations marking CDHIB’s 10th anniversary. 

Nkungula said since its inception, CDH Investment Bank has stood out as the investment bank of choice in Malawi through the various awards it has received over the decade. “The bank has played a key role in promoting financial literacy programs through participating and coordinating financial literacy awareness drives in collaboration with the Reserve Bank of Malawi.”
