CDH Investment Bank invests in the 57th APUA annual meetings

CDH Investment Bank has donated K1million to the upcoming 57th APUA annual meetings that has been organized by the Electricity Generation Company (Malawi) Limited (EGENCO) taking place from 3rd – 8th June, 2023 at BICC, Umodzi Park in Lilongwe Malawi.

The conference brings together industry experts, financiers, equipment manufacturers, suppliers and professionals from various fields to discuss the latest developments and innovations in the energy sector.

CDH Investment Bank, in partnership with UNC Project Malawi, has invested a K15 million school block at Nafutsa Primary School Dzama, Lilongwe.

The school block was officially opened on Wednesday 31st May 2023 by the guest of honor, Mrs Judith Chiwoko, the Primary Education Advisor. The event was also graced by representatives and staff from UNC Projects Malawi, CDH Investment Bank, the school committee, contractors, and students from the school and community members from the surrounding areas.

CDH Investment Bank emerge champions of the 2022/23 Southern Zone Basketball League (SOZOBAL) tourney

CDH Investment Bank (CDHIB) basketball team emerged champions of the Southern Zone Basketball League (SOZOBAL) 2022/23 season tournament. The tournament was hosted by SOZOBAL and played in Blantyre.

CDH Investment Bank participated in the Bankers’ Association of Malawi (BAM) 60 minutes with a banker financial literacy campaign. The bank encouraged students to work hard and grow an interest in matters concerning finance for the benefit of the economy.

CDH Investment Bank interacted with students from Ndirande Hill Secondary School on Friday 5th May 2023 where they held a motivation talk and created awareness on the need for the youth to adopt a saving culture.

CDH Group staff captured after the morning parade

CDH Investment Bank and members of other Continental Holdings Group companies attended the 2023 bankers’ sports day on Saturday 29th April 2023 at Reserve Bank of Malawi Sports Complex in Lilongwe.

The CDH group staff members participated in the morning parade followed by participation in various sporting events on the day ranging from golf (Lilongwe Country Club), cycling, football, netball, basketball, bawo, egg race, sack race, pool, table tennis, squash, 100m races and tug of war.
