CDH Investment Bank (CDHIB) basketball team emerged champions of the Southern Zone Basketball League (SOZOBAL) 2022/23 season tournament. The tournament was hosted by SOZOBAL and played in Blantyre. 

The CDHIB team won the men’s Division one championship whereas Crazy Warriors finished second. CDHIB was victorious in their inaugural season in the games and were delighted with the results. 

In the ladies section, Eagles triumphed as champions followed by Mystics and Sparks on third. The Eagles won their fourth title in the last four seasons of the tournaments.
