CDH Investment Bank participated in the 2022 Kamuzu University of Health Sciences (KUHeS) sports festival on Saturday 5th November 2022 at KUHes Sports Complex.

The annual sports day was held to allow members of the sports complex to interact and network through a variety of sporting activities. CDH Investment Bank is a member of the sports complex where staff remember are encouraged to register to access a variety of sporting activities to help staff to keep fit and support healthy lifestyles. 

The banks staff participated in basketball, athletics and football sporting disciplines. The teams performed exceptionally well with the football team emerging champions at the sports day and the bank winning the men’s 100m sprint. The basketball team also performed well and clinched third position at the sports day.

Sungani Mkandawire, the bank’s sports committee chairperson, said that the bank thought it wise to take part in the sports day as part of its social responsibility to staff members. 

"We value people’s wellbeing that's why we support our staff to register for membership at the complex and participate in sporting activities that appeal to them and  compete in sports events- like the one we have just done” narrated Mkandawire.
