Chief Human Capital Development Officer
Michael was appointed Chief Human Capital Development Officer for CDH Investment Bank on 1st June 2015. He is responsible for providing direction in the development and execution of human capital strategies that support the Bank’s overall strategic objectives.
Michael has over 17 years of experience in Human Capital management. His areas of expertise include career management, performance management, change management, organizational development, learning and growth, employee wellness and industrial relations. He served in a similar capacity at Indebank between 2009 and 2014.
Before joining Indebank, he worked with Standard Bank (Mw) Ltd from 2005 to 2009. Michael launched his career in Human Capital management with Illovo Sugar (Malawi) Ltd in the year 2000.
